GoodTrash Media is partnering with The OKC Film Club for the first annual Recklesstival! Join us this Wednesday, September 14 at 6:30pm for a night of short films showcasing the works of Reckless Abandonment Pictures and some of the most exciting upcoming projects in the Oklahoma City genre filmmaking scene.
Attendees will get the first look at the first full trailer for Nick Sanford’s upcoming The Harvesters, a sneak peek at Ryan Bellgardt’s next film, a series of stop motion shorts, and more from Kyle Roberts’ and Reckless Abandonment Pictures. To send the evening out with a bang, there will be a trailer for Reckless Abandonment’s upcoming short The Bulleteers and an audience Q&A.
GoodTrash Media will be hosting Q&As and talking more with each of the featured filmmakers about their upcoming films. If you’ve been looking for a chance to learn more about making movies or what it’s like to make a film based in Oklahoma City, Recklesstival is the perfect place to get connected. Longtime GoodTrash listeners won’t want to miss a chance to meet recurring GoodTrash podcast guests Nick Sanford, Stephen Goodman, and the featured Heroes of the Realm writer/director Kyle Roberts! Other Oklahoma City filmmakers attending include Matthew Price, Rose Ford, and many others from Reckless Abandonment’s short films.
Tickets are $7.50 online and $10 at the door
Funds raised through tickets sales will go toward Reckless Abandonment Picture’s film festival applications to events all around the country!
Additional ways to contribute to the featured filmmakers will be announced at the event.
